What you will do
- Prepare, send, track contracts to signature, and maintain structured storage system.
- Craft compelling on-brand proposals, tailor pitch materials, and improve templates.
- Coordinate inbound leads, schedule calls, qualify opportunities, and keep CRM accurate.
- Facilitate handoffs from sales to delivery with full documentation of context and next steps.
- Track action items, spot process gaps, and recommend improvements for sales operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales support, coordination, or similar, ideally in marketing/creative/agency
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proposal/contract platforms (PandaDoc or similar)
- Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines
