TL;DR

Account Executive (OurFamilyWizard): Drive growth in co-parent subscriptions by engaging family law professionals to generate referrals and build long-term relationships with an accent on outbound sales, product demos, and territory expansion. Focus on achieving sales quotas, nurturing referrers, and providing feedback to product teams.

Location: Fully remote, based in Australia with territory covering Australia & New Zealand; willingness to travel ~50% in territory required.

What you will do

  • Proactively engage family law professionals via workshops, webinars, conferences, and trainings to build OFW brand visibility.
  • Generate leads through outbound calling, emailing, and following marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct web-based and in-person product demonstrations and close new referrers.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales metrics and quotas while managing prospects in HubSpot.
  • Nurture referrers into advocates, handle account management, and translate feedback into recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to close and relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel ~50% in Australia & New Zealand territory.
  • Proven success building long-term partner/client relationships for growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong presentation and consultative communication skills for legal professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage relationships, travel, and outreach.

Nice to have

  • Experience in partnerships, referral programs, or territory expansion.
  • Prior experience in family law, legal tech, or SaaS sales.
