What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals and fostering continuous learning.
  • Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and report to executives.
  • Cultivate new business, secure partnerships, and close key deals for immediate and long-term success.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and executives to align on objectives.
  • Represent the company at customer interactions and industry events, staying current on market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in new business development sales, with 2+ years outbound sales management
  • Professional B2B SaaS sales background with expertise in transactional sales, methodology, and negotiation
  • Experience managing small-medium field sales teams across full employee lifecycle
  • First-line management skills for collaborative, growth-oriented culture
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • High energy for driving results and exceptional customer experience
