What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals and fostering continuous learning.
- Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and report to executives.
- Cultivate new business, secure partnerships, and close key deals for immediate and long-term success.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and executives to align on objectives.
- Represent the company at customer interactions and industry events, staying current on market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in new business development sales, with 2+ years outbound sales management
- Professional B2B SaaS sales background with expertise in transactional sales, methodology, and negotiation
- Experience managing small-medium field sales teams across full employee lifecycle
- First-line management skills for collaborative, growth-oriented culture
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- High energy for driving results and exceptional customer experience
