TL;DR
VP of North & South EMEA (Sales): Lead sales teams across UK & Nordics, France, Benelux, and Emerging Markets for 's AI language platform with an accent on operational excellence, net new logo wins, and enterprise customer expansion. Focus on coaching sales leaders, building scalable processes, delivering accurate forecasts, and driving revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Hybrid in London (office twice a week), aligned with EMEA time zones.

What you will do
- Provide leadership and vision to 4 Sales Leaders covering Corporate and Enterprise segments in North & South EMEA.
- Hire, onboard, and coach Sales Leaders to manage their Account Executive teams effectively.
- Own performance metrics, sales funnel attainment, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Establish scalable sales processes, policies, and playbooks to support enterprise revenue growth.
- Offer hands-on support to teams and customers with a customer-first approach.
Requirements
- Proven success leading sales managers and teams in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop high-performing sales teams.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies and playbooks.
- Results-oriented with experience in scale-up and corporate settings.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise sales, competitive landscape, and industry trends in EMEA.
