TL;DR

Director of Sales Development (Enterprise GTM): Lead and scale global inbound and outbound Sales Development function supporting enterprise sales motions with an accent on strategy, organizational design, AI-enabled workflows, and pipeline predictability. Focus on refining playbooks, cross-functional partnerships, data-driven optimization, and building leadership capability for revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid work; teams based in Salt Lake City (US) and London (UK). Employment available only in US and specific roles in UK

Salary: $213,213 – $263,445 per year (US base pay)

What you will do

  • Own global inbound and outbound Sales Development strategy to deliver qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
  • Scale organizational design across regions, including management structure, coverage, hiring, and performance management.
  • Develop outbound playbooks, segmentation, messaging, and AI-assisted research/workflow automation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on campaign integration, qualification, forecasting, and funnel governance.
  • Leverage data to optimize productivity, identify gaps, and inform tool investments/resourcing.
  • Build leadership through coaching, feedback, operational discipline, and executive representation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in manager role leading BDR/SDR teams
  • Experience leading/scaling global BDR/SDR teams for enterprise GTM
  • Proven hiring, development, retention of managers and contributors
  • Strong operational rigor in funnel management, forecasting, revenue reporting
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM workflows (research, personalization, automation)
  • Effective collaboration with Sales/Marketing/RevOps; executive communication
  • Comfort in dynamic high-growth environment with accountability
