What you will do
- Deliver 100% of revenue targets for all European races by identifying cross-market partnership opportunities.
- Personally originate and close major sponsorship and trackside activation deals.
- Lead and mentor a team of in-market sales managers across Europe, driving accountability and development.
- Act as regional ambassador, representing in media, panels, and launches.
- Align local activations with global sales, marketing, and media strategies while adapting to local cultures.
Requirements
- Significant experience in regional sales leadership in sports, media, or entertainment.
- Deep network of corporate contacts across major European markets and proven track record closing sponsorship deals.
- Expertise in remote team management, motivation, and coaching field-based sales teams.
- Exceptional communication to align stakeholders from C-suite to government officials.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and fast-paced racing calendar; cultural agility across Europe.
