What you will do
- Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to define regional priorities, coverage strategies, and industry focus.
- Translate EMEA market nuances—including regulatory context and procurement norms—into practical sales motions.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles, including target setting and capacity assumptions.
- Build territory and account segmentation models that reflect country maturity and cross-border buying patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to translate field signals into roadmap inputs.
- Create and maintain vertical-specific value propositions and scalable sales playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software focusing on sales strategy or revenue operations.
- Hands-on experience partnering with EMEA Sales teams and a deep understanding of regional market nuances.
- Strong analytical skills to convert complex market and performance data into actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in territory design, quota setting, and bottoms-up planning.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
- Experience scaling EMEA coverage models within high-growth SaaS environments.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Prior experience building industry-specific GTM motions from scratch across multiple countries.
- Exposure to AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or developer platform products.
