What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of Leeds hospitality industry to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create territory sales plans using market research and insights.
- Conduct high-velocity in-person meetings, outreach, and presentations to convert prospects.
- Guide clients through needs analysis, solution design, proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data for reporting and forecasting.
- Drive outbound initiatives and attend industry events to generate leads.
- Provide customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven field sales and outbound sales experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or hospitality.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality industry segments like restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels.
- Sales development best practices: pipeline building, territory planning, lead generation.
- Strong time management, customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets; hands-on with Salesforce CRM.
- Data-driven approach; motivated in quota-driven environment; entrepreneurial mindset.
