What you will do

• Lead the recruitment unit, providing coaching and mentorship for high-quality hires and team growth
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on pipeline health and effectiveness
• Track recruitment metrics and analytics to align with KPIs
• Identify opportunities to optimize Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and Fintech partners

Requirements

• 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment, with 1+ year managing a recruitment team in fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented doer comfortable with details and high-level strategy
• Expertise in sourcing and hiring across various levels
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Self-starter navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Critical thinker focused on continuous improvement and client-centric responsiveness
