What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Experience Partners to ensure exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee the requisition intake process and align candidate criteria with business needs.
  • Drive sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage recruitment workflows and candidate tracking within the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion and time-to-fill to meet KPIs.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 2-5 years of management experience leading recruitment professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and full-cycle hiring workflows.
  • Proficiency in streamlining recruitment processes and implementing scalable systems.
  • Strong ability to use data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
