TL;DR
Account Executive (Business Development Associate): Proactively prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers for VDR in the US market with an accent on building and managing pipelines with C-suite decision-makers in Finance and Banking. Focus on closing high-value deals, structuring negotiations, and executing US sales strategy.
Location: Based in the NYC area, joining Field Sales team
Salary: $75K–$90K base, $130K–$160K OTE (55% base / 45% variable)

What you will do
- Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers in NYC metropolitan region
- Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
- Build and manage pipeline of 50+ opportunities with strategic US accounts
- Execute sales and marketing strategy for US region
- Arrange M&A events and deliver product presentations
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals while sharing customer insights
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English
- 1.5–2 years success in B2B direct sales or business development
- Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
- Track record managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Exceptional business communication for pitches and client discovery
- University degree

- Background in SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security
- Fluency in additional language
