TL;DR

Account Executive (Business Development Associate): Proactively prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers for hirify.global VDR in the US market with an accent on building and managing pipelines with C-suite decision-makers in Finance and Banking. Focus on closing high-value deals, structuring negotiations, and executing US sales strategy.

Location: Based in the NYC area, joining Field Sales team

Salary: $75K–$90K base, $130K–$160K OTE (55% base / 45% variable)

What you will do

  • Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers in NYC metropolitan region
  • Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
  • Build and manage pipeline of 50+ opportunities with strategic US accounts
  • Execute sales and marketing strategy for US region
  • Arrange M&A events and deliver product presentations
  • Structure, negotiate, and close deals while sharing customer insights
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in English
  • 1.5–2 years success in B2B direct sales or business development
  • Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
  • Track record managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
  • Exceptional business communication for pitches and client discovery
  • University degree

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security
  • Fluency in additional language
