What you will do

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities and conduct lead generation activities.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in the preparation of commercial proposals.
• Manage existing client accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand client needs.
• Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and talent management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track commercial performance indicators and support the improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
• English: B2 level mandatory.
• Spanish: Fluent (mandatory).
• Availability to work on-site in Medellín.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
