TL;DR

Account Executive (AEC): Driving new business acquisition for a secure multi-cloud content governance platform with an accent on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. Focus on prospecting, managing the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, and building a robust pipeline of small business clients.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office) for candidates within 50 miles of an office; otherwise, remote.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to manage accounts within the assigned West territory.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Close new business deals with Small Businesses using a value-selling approach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and data to align sales initiatives with industry needs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Experience working specifically in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering (AEC) field.
  • Proven track record of overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
  • Success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
