What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a dispersed team to maintain high operational standards and positive culture.
• Design, implement, and monitor efficient systems for vehicle recovery and transportation with the Mobility and Insurance Manager.
• Manage risks via driver and vehicle audits and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Plan maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Build relationships with stakeholders for pricing, service quality, and improvements.
• Maintain contracts register and support business projects across functions.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-site vehicle recovery or transportation operations.
• Strong organisational and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead teams remotely and on site.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in identifying risks and making operational decisions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed
