Driver Debrief Clerk

Location: hirify.global Corby, NN17 5XN, United Kingdom. On-site role with 4 days on, 4 days off day shifts from 06:30 to 18:30.

Salary: Up to £30,750 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct end-of-shift driver debriefs, capture feedback, review incidents, and confirm route completion.
• Deliver start-of-shift briefings covering routes, customer expectations, timings, and safety requirements.
• Verify driver licence status and support compliance with internal and regulatory obligations.
• Process delivery notes, proof of delivery documents, and transport records accurately and on time.
• Record absences, log non-conformances, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Work with traffic and transport planning teams to resolve operational issues in real time and support customer engagement.

Requirements

• Five GCSEs or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in transport administration, logistics, or customer support.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Confident communication and effective teamwork skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to work on site in Corby on the specified 4-on, 4-off day-shift pattern.
