What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland, from self-generated pipeline to closed deals
- Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
- Create opportunities via cold outreach, networking, events, and in-person meetings
- Build relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions and advisory firms
- Share insights and updates with customers consistently
- Participate in M&A events to enhance visibility and provide customer feedback to product teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales for revenue growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of success in direct sales or business development in B2B or professional services
- Experience in high-velocity sales and engaging decision-makers
- Hunter mentality with track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Exceptional business communication for persuasive pitches and client discovery
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and German (C2)
- Based in Zurich or within realistic commuting distance
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or information security
- Experience selling into financial or advisory environments
- Additional European language
