Location: Frankfurt, DACH region #LI-Remote, willingness to travel within the DACH region as required

Salary: €93,250 - €117,925 annual base

What you will do

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region to acquire new logos.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the DACH market to exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding needs and positioning hirify.global's solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, customer success, and legal.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Account Executive or similar in financial technology or SaaS, preferably in DACH
  • Demonstrated success achieving/exceeding sales targets, especially new logos
  • Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes to articulate complex tech value
  • Ability to drive sales independently and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and German required
