What you will do

  • Manage full recruitment cycle, including creative sourcing to attract and engage candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and oversee daily activities
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain ATS records and track hiring progress for transparency
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in non-technical roles
  • Strong assessment of technical and soft skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented with ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
