What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates matching client profiles.
• Manage end-to-end candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience and timely feedback throughout the process.
• Conduct competency-based telephone screenings, CV pre-screening, and shortlisting.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to refine sourcing strategies and provide insights on market trends.
• Maintain system integrity and accuracy of client reporting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Identify potential business opportunities through sourcing conversations with candidates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of solid experience in recruitment (in-house, on-site, or agency).
• Proficiency in verbal and written English business communication.
• Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and Google X-ray search.
• Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to conduct competency-based screenings and manage candidates effectively.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
