What you will do

• Advise prospects in the DACH region to identify and implement the best hirify.global® solutions for their specific challenges.
• Build deep knowledge of whistleblowing, ethics, privacy, and anti-corruption legislation to provide strategic guidance.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships and spark meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Leverage existing networks in the DACH market to accelerate growth and market positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Proven track record within the SaaS B2B industry.
• Experience in the Compliance and ethics sector.
• Seniority to lead high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders, including Chief Compliance, Legal, and HR.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Based in Germany, Netherlands, or in the same time zone.
