What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and inspire sales managers and account teams to meet targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations for customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs; prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

• Fluent German speaker.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales, ideally packaging or beverage industries.
• Track record in business development, strategic sales, and high-level negotiations in international environments.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
