• Oversee implementation of HR initiatives and technological solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international labor laws
• Support HR strategy development aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate organizational changes, team optimization, and leadership development
• Conduct HR process efficiency assessments and strategy adjustments

Requirements

• At least 3 years in similar role and 5+ years in HR overall
• Experience shaping HR policies for global teams and compliance with diverse labor laws
• Proficiency in HR analytics and process automation tools
• Proven work with international labor laws in global HR environments
• Strategic planning skills in HR
