What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a dispersed team to foster a positive culture and high operational standards
• Design, implement, and monitor efficient systems for vehicle recovery and transportation with the Mobility and Insurance Manager
• Manage risks via driver and vehicle audits and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
• Plan and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize recovery vehicle downtime
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support pricing, service quality, and improvements
• Maintain central register of contracts, pricing, and documents; ensure policy and procurement adherence
• Support business projects and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in multi-site vehicle recovery or transportation operations
• Strong organisational and influencing skills
• Ability to lead teams remotely and on site
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in identifying risks and making operational decisions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed
