What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding, product training, and deployment coordination for new customers including sensor installation.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, support escalations, and billing across global French-speaking accounts.
• Monitor customer health, usage trends, and infrastructure uptime using tools like Pendo; drive recovery and feature adoption.
• Coordinate with support, engineering, product, and operations to resolve issues and surface feedback for improvements.
• Build long-term relationships and translate customer needs into actionable internal requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
• Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts across time zones
• Cross-functional collaboration and understanding of customer lifecycle metrics

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analytics platforms, IoT, or retail tech
• Experience with global customers and tools like Pendo
