hirify.global is a fast-growing startup providing SaaS solutions that empower private hosts to manage vacation rentals efficiently.

What you will do

  • Provide expert assistance via tickets, chats, and calls using AI tools to streamline routine tasks.
  • Resolve technical product and integration issues across booking channels, calendars, and automations.
  • Identify and prioritize time-sensitive or high-impact cases to prevent operational disruptions for hosts.
  • Document recurring issues to build and refine the internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Tech Services to optimize AI workflows and system tools.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (C1 level or higher).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, travel, or hospitality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical topics and work with complex systems.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work different shifts, including Saturdays.
  • Must be based in Berlin or able to work in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional European languages, with German being preferred.
