Customer Success Onboarding Specialist (IoT): Delivering onboarding experiences for SMB customers to drive adoption and early value realization with an accent on product training and implementation. Focus on guiding customers through setup, creating success criteria, and monitoring health during the first 60 days.

Location: Hybrid in Reading, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding and implementation for SMB customers to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Conduct training workshops and implementation sessions for setup and configuration.
  • Collaborate with senior CSMs to document customer objectives and success criteria.
  • Monitor customer health and track onboarding metrics during the first 60 days.
  • Coordinate with Support and Product teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks and self-service resources.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and French is required.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Reading, UK.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of AI and its application within Customer Experience (CX).

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or customer support.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IoT, or technology products.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Gainsight.
