What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing mid-market customers.
- Audit platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement and new use cases.
- Define Learning & Development roadmaps and strategies with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to detect and develop new project opportunities.
- Identify at-risk customers and implement corrective actions to limit churn.
- Share best practices and business insights with the broader Customer Success team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.
- Previous experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solution SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working in the SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer success KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
