Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and retaining a portfolio of mid-market clients to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) with an accent on scalable success strategies and digital customer journey design. Focus on analyzing usage data to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with account managers, and fostering a strong client community through workshops and events.
Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role).
Salary: €45,000–€60,000 per year.

What you will do
- Manage and retain a dedicated portfolio using a mix of 1:1 consultative sessions and scalable 1-to-many initiatives.
- Design and optimize the digital customer journey to ensure value-driven touchpoints from onboarding to renewal.
- Execute scaled programs using email, in-app messaging, and webinars to drive product adoption.
- Analyze usage patterns and behavioral signals to proactively identify at-risk customers.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Host user groups and events to foster community and relay critical feedback to Product teams.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are required.
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into automated, scalable playbooks.
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills for mid-market stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data and CS tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proactive, experiment-and-learn approach to role development.
