is seeking a proactive specialist to join its Talent team and optimize its hiring processes.
What you will do
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create engaging job postings and manage advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates using social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize and improve the talent acquisition process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
