Location: Austin, TX (U.S.-based employees must reside in one of 19 approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming; also hiring in Canada). Remote-first with select roles requiring regular in-office presence near hubs.

What you will do
- Own company-wide hiring strategy, workforce planning, org design, and headcount prioritization across all functions including GTM, Product, Engineering, and executive hires.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, build scalable processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Act as strategic advisor to executives on talent markets, compensation, structure, and hiring decisions.
- Manage recruiting operations, ATS (Greenhouse), KPIs, analytics, tools, and automation.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing TA team fostering accountability and partnership.
Requirements
- 10+ years recruiting/TA experience, including leadership in startups/high-growth environments.
- Experience leading recruiting across GTM, technical, operations, and executive functions.
- Proven strategic and hands-on ability in fast-paced organizations with strong executive influence.
- Deep knowledge of operations, metrics, compensation, and scalable processes.
- Strong sourcing instincts, judgment, prioritization, and communication skills.

- Experience with Greenhouse and modern recruiting tools.
