What you will do

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and industry platforms; craft job postings and engage passive talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews evaluating technical skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate database, update profiles, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients on staffing needs, market trends, and selection decisions.
• Assist with job offers, negotiations, onboarding coordination, and generate recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles in software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting.
• Familiarity with technical methodologies, terminology, interview techniques, and employment laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, ATS proficiency, organization, and sourcing expertise.
• Basic understanding of software development, data engineering, and DevOps roles.
