What you will do

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies using market intelligence and lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and team.blue HR for compliant, efficient processes and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor KPIs, train managers on best practices, and support onboarding.
  • Shape employer branding strategy, manage recruitment content, and leverage platforms like LinkedIn for sourcing.
  • Improve candidate experience, track metrics, and align with group culture.
  • Drive process improvements using tools like Teamtailor and contribute to People initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in recruiting/Talent Acquisition in startups/scale-ups/international settings
  • Fluent English (written/spoken)
  • End-to-end recruitment experience across roles, seniority, regions, and technical domains
  • Strong talent assessment, interview formats, stakeholder management, and influence skills
  • Data-driven with focus on KPIs and optimization

  • Additional European languages
  • Experience in complex multi-entity international environments
