What you will do

• Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and Github.
• Screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
• Conduct interviews using structured, technical, and behavioral assessment methods.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting personalized outreach to onboarding new hires.
• Promote the employer brand and document job duties and requirements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, structured).
• Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable) and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant degree.
