Onsite in New York City office five days a week

Contract to hire: $45–$55/hour starting, $100K–$120K salary + performance bonus

What you will do

• Build and manage sourcing pipelines for Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Strategists using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, and outbound strategies
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates and drive high response rates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles, refine strategies, and track pipeline metrics
• Conduct market mapping, maintain ATS data, and improve sourcing workflows and employer branding

Requirements

• 2–5 years sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably technical or startup environments
• Proven success sourcing software engineers, forward deployed engineers, or strategy talent
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and outbound prospecting skills
• Exceptional written communication for compelling outreach
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
