TL;DR

Business Strategy Senior Advisor (Fintech): Provides executive and management level advisory and consulting services to financial institutions including technology, product, and operational strategies, planning and execution with an accent on technology leadership, digital transformation, business process optimization, customer experience and regulatory compliance. Focus on developing strategies, performing current state assessments, designing transformational programs, conducting research and presenting recommendations.

Location: Remote position but candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of office locations in Springfield, MO; Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO. May require travel up to 25%. All positions may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding.

What you will do

• Develop strategies, plans and proposals to address business opportunities and challenges for client financial institutions.
• Act as trusted partner to executives, providing education on digital/technology trends and competitive influences.
• Define business imperatives through consultations, meetings and analysis.
• Perform assessments of technology effectiveness, digital maturity and business process efficiency.
• Design and implement transformational programs for technology, organization and processes to support growth and efficiency.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors and best practices; summarize data and present recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or additional 8 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in banking/financial services or consulting in this space.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.
• Must live within 70-mile radius of listed office locations.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of financial services industry.
• Track record of success in strategy and execution at major financial institutions.
