What you will do

• Own consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of data from multiple sources to deliver high-impact insights to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and presentations with actionable recommendations using data visualization tools.
• Contribute to complex cross-functional projects addressing strategic questions and supporting business objectives.
• Develop reporting on revenue growth, performance trends, and profitability across business segments.
• Engage with stakeholders and senior leaders to communicate insights and advance business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience.
• 2+ years of progressive experience using data analysis and strategic concepts.
• 2+ years of experience contributing to complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Powerful communication skills for data-driven presentations and storytelling to influence senior leaders.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy.
• Hypothesis-driven problem-solving and translating business questions into analytics projects.
• Prior experience in financial services and distribution datasets.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with large data processing using SQL, Alteryx, R, or Python.
