What you will do

• Serve as primary DI subject matter expert for illustration initiatives, enhancements, and defect resolution across new business and in-force use cases.
• Execute DI-related illustration projects and roadmap items, defining and delivering requirements on time.
• Translate DI product changes like re-pricing, riders, and underwriting updates into accurate illustration requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Distribution to ensure compliant and effective illustrations.
• Participate in cross-functional sessions, identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early.
• Support testing, validation, and readiness for production-ready DI illustration changes.
• Contribute to improving intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for DI work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years' experience in financial services or life insurance
• 3+ years of experience in Protection or Wealth Management with strong understanding of products, riders, underwriting, and policy mechanics
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex challenges
• Experience delivering through cross-functional teams
• Ability to document and communicate business requirements clearly

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DI product launches, re-pricing, or changes in illustration environments
• Familiarity with DI regulatory and compliance considerations
• Experience in technology-enabled initiatives like system enhancements
• Comfort in matrixed organizations, influencing without authority
