Salary: $147,200 – $196,880

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR and Payroll transformation projects, including operating model assessments and system implementations.
• Partner with clients to assess current operations and develop future-state roadmaps for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance frameworks by optimizing workflows and leveraging technology.
• Design and lead workshops on workforce transformation strategy for stakeholder alignment and change management.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and scope definition for prospective clients.
• Mentor and develop project teams, providing guidance to junior resources and promoting a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR/Payroll transformation, consulting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in HCM systems such as UKG, Dayforce, Workday, or SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Experience in designing HR operating models and implementing HCM platforms.
• Ability to present to C-Suite/senior executives and shape strategic conversations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
