Salary: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

What you will do

• Own the tracking and delivery of company-wide initiatives across all major functions.
• Maintain a real-time portfolio of status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
• Partner with department heads to pressure-test plans, identify gaps, and surface friction early.
• Translate operational details into executive-ready insights and maintain leadership dashboards.
• Build and scale lightweight program management practices and optimize tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
• Lead strategic end-to-end initiatives, including product launches, acquisition integrations, and major customer deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or cross-functional leadership experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience managing communication and reporting to executives and peer-level department leaders.
• Ability to define structure in ambiguous environments without over-engineering.
• Must prove eligibility to work in the United States or Canada (no Visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive retail, data integration, or adjacent B2B industries.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience standing up a PMO function from scratch.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance programs or similar operational frameworks.
