Salary: $100,070 - $157,470 USD

What you will do
- Drive delivery of quality solutions tied to business problems and benefits, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget execution.
- Proactively manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets across projects/programs/portfolio.
- Anticipate problems, remove barriers, and partner with Finance on financial insights and forecasts.
- Build trust with senior leadership, stakeholders, and teams as a trusted advisor.
- Coach PM community, manage vendors, drive lessons learned, and champion efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing large projects ($4M-$10M) or small to medium programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Expert project/program management knowledge, financial acumen, and leading understanding of principles.
- Strong leadership, soft skills, communication, critical thinking, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Demonstrated success in matrixed teams, influencing change, and driving simplified solutions to complex problems.
