Salary: $83,400–$155,000

What you will do

• Own integrated program planning, phased OpCo rollout execution from pilot to steady-state, and manage risks, dependencies, governance, and partners to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Align RBSO, IT, Finance, OpCo leads, and Communications; translate platform capabilities into deployment requirements and readiness gates.
• Drive change management including stakeholder readiness, training, and reinforcement; own deployment scorecard for adoption and outcomes.
• Run program operating rhythm with steering committees, reviews, and risk forums; prepare executive materials leveraging AI tools for analysis and decisions.
• Partner with Finance to track benefits realization and connect efforts to value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in program/project management, 3+ years leading enterprise platform deployments across multiple sites/OpCos.
• Proven track record of phased rollouts in matrixed global organizations; strong change management with adoption outcomes.
• Financial acumen for business cases, ROI, and benefits tracking; excellent executive communication.
• Builder’s mindset, operator orientation, continuous improvement, AI-savvy, bias for action.

Nice to have

• Exposure to RBS or similar lean operating systems (FBS, DBS).
• Experience with daily management, KPI cascade, or visual management platforms.
• PMP, PgMP, or Prosci certification.
