Salary: $103,500–$174,000 annually (varies by state)

What you will do

• Define and lead the Customer & Operator Insights program, synthesizing signals from customers, operators, analytics, research, and business data into unified priorities.
• Build repeatable processes to convert fragmented inputs into problem statements, themes, and prioritized opportunities.
• Translate insights into decision-ready recommendations using structured prioritization based on customer impact, business value, and strategic relevance.
• Partner cross-functionally with business and product teams to align on ownership, timelines, and operationalization of recommendations.
• Establish closed-loop measurement connecting insights to changes and resulting impacts.
• Support hypothesis development, experimentation, and continuous learning to improve decision quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or related roles in fast-paced organizations
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and operational follow-through
• Strong planning, execution, and communication skills for managing timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and workstreams
• Experience with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams on systems-oriented initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of program and change management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall)

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or data visualization platforms
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
