Customer Success Manager (Italian, English & Spanish): Re-engage past and inactive Advisory clients and generate new business opportunities for VDR with an accent on outreach activities, product presentations, and client relationship nurturing. Focus on reactivating churned clients, closing deals, monitoring usage, and ensuring high adoption and retention.

What you will do
- Map clients and perform outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Present product, conduct demos, onboarding, and training
- Research clients to identify value from the product
- Engage clients throughout their journey with check-ins to boost adoption and retention
- Reactivate churned clients, seek referrals, and find additional projects
- Monitor VDR activity, address issues, and build trusted relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years in full sales cycle position
- Strong business communication in English, Italian, and Spanish
- Knowledge of sales techniques for objections, negotiation, proposals, and closing
- Proactive work ethic, fast learner, adaptable based on feedback
- Ability to build rapport with result-driven mindset
Nice to have
- Expertise in upselling and cross-selling
- Experience in customer success environment
- B2B SaaS tech industry background
- Financial knowledge and market trends
- German or French proficiency
