What you will do

• Develop strategies for technology integration with industrial cranes and grow business through service distributors.
• Achieve revenue targets via training sales, fieldbus hardware, remote data subscriptions, and partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, technical consultations, and respond to RFPs/bids.
• Provide training to distributors/end users on fieldbus, software, apps, and best practices.
• Manage distributor training programs, content development, and budget across learning channels.
• Create technical content for distributors and monitor market trends/competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, engineering, sales, or equivalent.
• 3–7 years in business development, sales, technical content, or application engineering.
• Strong electrical knowledge, PC skills, Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work in teams autonomously, and travel up to 60%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate, LMS, CRM systems.
• Fieldbus and IoT experience.
