Market Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Engage field leadership to align on business objectives and communicate value propositions.
• Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
• Influence and motivate leaders to exceed commitments and boost channel sales.
• Educate teams on products, solutions, and technology to increase lease-to-own adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and provide field support using data insights.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans, track progress in Salesforce.com, and measure impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience
• Sales growth-oriented with experience partnering with large organizations; proven quota exceedance
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
• Exceptional collaboration, relationship building, and communication skills
• Ability to build business plans and gain commitments from leaders
• Wireless industry experience (preferred)
