Salary: $68,700–$75,250 + car allowance, fuel card, monthly commissions

What you will do
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, operations, and owners for pre-bidding modernization jobs and build customer relationships.
- Create quoting/bidding packages using blueprints, job walks, onsite surveys, and operations input for profitability.
- Demonstrate H-Power features, present bids, explain costs, and develop sales strategies.
- Negotiate Scope of Work with operations, legal, and support teams; develop customer capital plans.
- Handle submittals, change orders, site visits, and ensure deadlines are met post-contract.
- Update and manage sales pipeline in CRM tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year business-to-business sales experience
- Strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up, time management, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers, team, and colleagues
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environment
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints/drawings (preferred)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
