What you will do

• Carry out duties efficiently, complying with procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
• Prepare key stage reports, programmes, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Run bidding processes, manage contractor queries, and administer building contracts.
• Manage multiple projects on live operational sites from brief to completion.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, overseeing design, H&S, and commercial processes.
• Ensure delivery of value for money and compliance with EHSQ standards.

Requirements

• Based from Birmingham office with hybrid working; part of UK-wide team.
• Experience managing projects from conception to completion, especially warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing.
• Experience with NEC/JCT contracts; consultancy experience desirable.
• Construction Project Management degree or equivalent with technical delivery experience.
• MRICS or equivalent (or working towards); NEC Accredited Project Manager desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills; ability to work on own initiative.

• Familiarity with design process.
• Track record of drafting proposals and identifying business opportunities.
