What you will do
- Carry out duties efficiently, complying with procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
- Prepare key stage reports, programmes, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Run bidding processes, manage contractor queries, and administer building contracts.
- Manage multiple projects on live operational sites from brief to completion.
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, overseeing design, H&S, and commercial processes.
- Ensure delivery of value for money and compliance with EHSQ standards.
Requirements
- Based from Birmingham office with hybrid working; part of UK-wide team.
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion, especially warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing.
- Experience with NEC/JCT contracts; consultancy experience desirable.
- Construction Project Management degree or equivalent with technical delivery experience.
- MRICS or equivalent (or working towards); NEC Accredited Project Manager desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills; ability to work on own initiative.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with design process.
- Track record of drafting proposals and identifying business opportunities.
