What you will do

• Provide end-to-end PMO delivery for complex customer contracts, ensuring services are clearly defined and add demonstrable value.
• Deliver high-standard PMO services covering governance, reporting, control, and assurance.
• Implement and operate a structured PMO catalogue of services while adhering to agreed methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing digital and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
• Monitor and improve the PMO Net Promoter Score (NPS) by tracking trends and identifying recurring themes.
• Collaborate with the wider PMO team, providing guidance and direction to colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end PMO service delivery and delivery assurance.
• Solid understanding of project and programme governance and the ability to apply methodologies pragmatically.
• Experience using PMO tools and data to produce decision-ready reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Must be eligible for National Security Vetting (SC/NPPV), which requires UK residency for a minimum of five years.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience operating PMO services within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Externally recognised qualifications such as P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, or PMQ.
