What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise transformations including Salesforce CRM, PeopleSoft migrations to Salesforce and Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP.
• Direct design, development, QA, and lifecycle management of products; prioritize user stories, backlogs, and epics based on business value.
• Manage resources, collaborate on roadmaps, release plans, and MVPs to achieve strategic goals.
• Lead business stakeholder meetings, foster adoption, and promote best practices in product management.
• Contribute to sales, marketing, and preparation for industry trends; oversee PMO and enhancement processes as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in software development, technical product management, or managing Salesforce/Oracle.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Superior knowledge of financial industry, product development, and emerging technologies.
