Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD

What you will do
- Own and maintain the DC Compliance product roadmap, aligning enhancements with business objectives and regulatory changes.
- Translate complex IRS and DOL regulatory guidance into clear, well-defined user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog, managing enhancements, defects, and technical debt based on risk and value.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define milestones and coordinate cross-functional releases for complex initiatives.
- Synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and focus groups to inform product improvements.
- Participate in functional testing and release sign-off to ensure compliance logic is thoroughly vetted.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
- Professional credentials such as QPA, QKA, QKC, or CPC (retirement plan designations).
- Strong understanding of Defined Contribution retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), 403(b)).
- In-depth knowledge of compliance testing concepts such as ADP/ACP, coverage, and vesting calculations.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Madison, WI.
Nice to have
- Experience with retirement plan compliance software or TPA workflows.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
- Experience supporting SECURE Act / SECURE 2.0 enhancements.
- Ability to manually calculate compliance tests.
